Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord GOD, “When I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine for bread or a thirst for water, But rather for hearing the words of the LORD.” People will stagger from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east; they will go to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, but they will not find it.” – Amos 8:11-12

During COVID-19 plague, seek the Word of God, while He can still be found.

“Disaster will come upon disaster and rumor will be added to rumor; then they will seek a vision from a prophet, but the law will be lost from the priest (church).” – Ezekiel 7:26

What is the law? The law is written in the first five books of the Bible, also called the Torah. Its origins started with the children of Seth, practiced through generations until the flood where after Abraham studied the word at the Academy of Shem and Eber, in turn was given to Moses by YHVH, known as Jehovah. These laws were observed throughout generations, even observed by Yeshua. These laws are spoken convents between YHVH and each of us.

Seek first the Kingdom of God.

Now comes the season of false prophets, rumors of war, and fake news that predicts the future. While many have great intentions to “spread the truth”, there is but one truth, it is found in the Word.

The truth is we are both flesh and spirit. We are all born into a world of sin, and our flesh will return to dust, but the “Ruach” the breath of life remains, as our spirit is still a living creature.

“then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.” – Genesis 2:7

The meaning of the Hebrew word ruach is “breath,” or “wind,” or “spirit.” In Scripture, the word is applied both to human beings and unto God. Where the word Ruach can be talking about a person’s emotional state of being, or their soul or spirit, and is sometimes used as an idiom, as in “a mere breath.” The Ruach ha Kodesh, i.e. the Holy Spirit, is the Holy breath of Adoni, which spoke into existence the creation of the world with a “word”, and breathed life into us. The very name YHVH (yo-hey-va-hey) is to be whispered during exhalation.
